Effective August 15, 2026. These terms govern access to ChatExportPro and its document-generation tools.
Permitted use
You must have the right to possess and process the conversation you import. You are responsible for consent, privacy, confidentiality, professional duties, and laws that apply to your intended use.
What the service provides
ChatExportPro parses supported exports and generates formatted documents based on the available source. It does not recover deleted material, verify authorship, certify authenticity, provide legal advice, or guarantee evidentiary admissibility.
Purchases and subscriptions
One-time access applies to the source-file fingerprint purchased. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Subscription changes and payment methods are managed through Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Reasonable use
Unlimited plans cover ordinary individual use across conversations. Browser memory, archive-safety, file-count, and device-resource limits continue to apply. Automated resale, service abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass purchase controls are prohibited.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Keep the original export and independently review every generated document. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase.
